M&N Mattress Shop originally opened in Parksville in December 2000 as M&N Furniture and Mattress, a locally owned and operated store. Our store carries a wide variety of predominantly BC made mattresses and furniture. In 2007, M&N Mattress moved locations and we concentrated our specialization to the mattress business. Our move also prompted the name change to M&N Mattress Shop. Our store now specializes in health promoting sleep products and innovative sleep technology, like the Pure Energy Ironman Mattress, Spring Air Beds, and Space Saver Cabinet Beds (Cabednet, Space Saver Beds, Cabedza) and BC-made quality bedroom furniture.

M & N Mattress is literally the best company I have ever done business with! Forgive me for this long post, but I need to explain why I am giving them a rave review. I am an actress on the TV series Chesapeake Shores who has been filming in Parksville on Vancouver Island for the past four years. That means I spend about four months a year in a hotel on location there. I have always had a terrible time sleeping in hotel beds, and one day I ventured in to the M & N Mattress Shop out of desperation to see if there was something to help me. When I walked in it felt like I was being greeted by family! They took the time to show me options, and also went out of their way to offer me one of their "sample" mattress toppers to use on top of my hard hotel mattress. I told them I would gladly pay for it, but they insisted I just borrow it to use while I was in town because my stay was only temporary while we were filming. Who does that? It was one of the kindest and best customer service experiences of my life. I also bought a pillow from them that was so amazing that I have since ordered two more to ship to my home in Los Angeles. When I got the new mattress topper and pillow set up in my hotel room, it was an absolute game changer! I slept so great that I kept commenting on it to the other actors on set. Because of that, Diane Ladd and Treat Williams both went to the store and bought pillows too. They both remarked how kind and wonderful the people at the store were. Thank you to all of you at M & N for all you did for us! I recommend you to anyone and everyone who is looking for an exceptional sleep experience. You can buy with a clear conscious, because these wonderful people are ethical instead of being only in it for the "sale". If you don't need something, they won't try and sell it to you. Instead, all you will get is the best night's sleep ever. Plus some new friends who feel like family. ❤ Thank you again for everything, and hugs to each of you. Also... I just got back into town late last night and see there is a box in my pile of mail from you. Yay, the pillows arrived!! You guys are awesome!!!

We have been sleeping on our new latex hybrid mattress for about a week now and are, so far, finding it to be very comfortable. Better yet is the comfort of the latex pillows we purchased at the same time. Mark and the folks at M & N are great to deal with. He has gone out of his way to ensure that we were happy with our purchases. Kudos to the delivery guys. They did a great job of getting our king mattress squeezed around tight corners in order to get it up to our bedroom.

Once again I ordered a sofa (sofabed) from M & N. It arrived a month before expected. I love this sofabed; easy to make into a bed and flip back into a sofa. No cushions to remove. Excellent memory foam mattress. The sales persons were very knowledgeable and friendly. The two young men that delivered and assembled the sofa were professional. Polite, careful and did not damage anything moving the sofa into place. I am very happy with the products (this is the second sofa I have purchased) and the service from M & N Mattress.
