The Better Business Bureau has long been a valuable asset for consumers and business owners when it comes to constructively resolving issues and improving the operations of a business going forward. In addition to their role as a mediator and business information resource, the Better Business Bureau takes time each year to recognize the local businesses and services that go above and beyond in terms of customer service and excellence in their respective industries. Earlier this month on November 3rd, M&N Mattress was awarded the Better Business Bureau’s Vancouver Island Torch Award for providing the best customer service out of any BBB Accredited Business in the Vancouver Island region.
Unlike other individual awards that were handed out on November 3rd that applied to select industries, M&N Mattress was honoured with the top award in the Customer Service Category, which included every industry and business in the area as a potential winner. For everyone at M&N Mattress, this award is particularly notable because it applies to all eligible businesses in our region. The fact that M&N Mattress took home the prize for best customer service means that we truly stand out as a business that is second to none when it comes to our ability to make our customers feel satisfied with our products and services. There were plenty of other awards handed out for excellence in specific industries, but we like to think M&N Mattress took home the award of all awards that night!
Winning the Torch Award for customer service means that M&N Mattress was able to meet and exceed the criteria set by the BBB for excellence in customer satisfaction. For years we have made every effort to maintain a reputation built on trustworthiness and ethical decision making when it comes to dealing with customers, suppliers as well as our own staff. We also enjoy taking an active role in the Parksville community by participating in fundraisers and making regular donations to local charities and organizations. For these reasons, as well as the hard work of our staff and the loyalty and generosity of our customers, the BBB saw fit to present us with this prestigious award. It is extremely gratifying to have been recognized by our community and the BBB for all the hard work we put into making M&N Mattress a successful business and a valued member of the Parksville and Qualicum Beach communities. To all of our valued customers and the members of the Vancouver Island Better Business Bureau, we want to extend our sincere appreciation for this award. We plan to continue to make every effort to go above and beyond for each of our customers in the future when it comes to providing excellent service, and products that help people get a great night’s sleep!
